Air Design Heating \& Air Conditioning did an excellent job in the installation of a new A/C unit in our home. They answered all my questions and provided excellent service, corrected a leak in my existing furnace, and were courteous and efficient. They also gave me the best price for the job, well below several other companies. In addition, gave me a military discount which was very much appreciated.

Fast install! The furnace heats the house super fast and the temp always stays where the thermostat is set

Needed to replace out furnace and AC/heat pump. 30 + years old, it was tired and time for an upgrade. Air Design fit the bill. The guys were friendly and efficient with the installation. Our old AC was on it last leg and our new AC is running fantastic. Air Design also installed our old furnace about 35 years ago as well. We did get a few other bids to see what was out their and it was obvious to us we needed to stay with our local business Air Design. Thanks Air Design we appreciate you taking good care of us.

Installation took quite a bit longer than expected, but am glad they worked diligently to assure completion. Equipment appears to be working fine so far, but if I could fix anything about this process, it would be the cleaning up. The insulation for my ventilation system is now exposed and untidy. Also, unnecessarily big hole was knocked out of my drywall near my breaker box. Both are relatively easy fixes, just a bit of an inconvenience with my current work schedule to get material to fix each situation

First time owning Bryant products and have had a terrible experience. Looking to switch out my entire system (furnace/ac) that's only 3 years old to TRANE because they WORK! Air Design of Spokane is a poor quality dealer.

They installed the furnace as well as a fireplace. All went well.

We had a leak on our furnace evaporator line in our new home and Joe from Air Design was sent over to correct the problem. He was very friendly, professional, and he fixed to problem and gave me tips on how to maintain the equipment. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
