These guys are the best ! I had a rather complicated job (only the supply ducts were kept original, with some repairs, everything else had to be done from scratch, plus added air conditioning into large addition, plus air scrubbers, fresh air intake). Refused to honor enhanced warranty to replace defected heat exchanger
The company installed Bryant +95% 3\-stage Variable gas furnace in January 2011 and also serviced the furnace a few times. In June 2023, I received the notice from Bryant about the defect of heat exchanger and wanted to work with them to get it replaced. Nothing happened then. The furnace finally failed. I contacted the company. The technician came in and confirmed that the cause was heat exchanger. He proposed to replace the old furnace with new one. The technician was very nice and honest. He told me that his company would not do the replacement, and asked me to work with other Bryant dealer for the replacement. I am very disappointed with their failure to provide replacement service for the defected product that they put in my house. I will not trust a company that put their profit over basic services expected for a reasonable dealer.

Well run company with an owner that really cares about all the details
I first encountered Pearce Heating and A/C fifteen years ago when they installed my dual stage Bryant Furnace. My furnace has continued to operate well long even with 9 months of furnace use per year due to Seattle's long winters. Well climate change has had an impact in the NW and we have started to experience hotter summers and more wildfires. Cooling off used to mean opening the window but not so much any more.
