We have used Pearce Heating and A/C for furnace servicing for many years. They have been great to work with. They recently installed a new heating and air conditioning unit in our home and they were again amazing to work with. The job was done on time and at the original bid price. Once they were at our home we needed to make some modifications and their focus was totally on how they could support our needs and not on just getting the job done. We highly recommend them.

We had a pleasant installation experience from Pearce heating. They even modified the installation date to install early because we had no heat.

Office kept us informed of arrival time. On day of installation, team arrived on time. Lead kept us informed of their progress, communicated problems and solutions, allowed for our input, protected inside surfaces by wearing booties, and explained thoroughly how to operate the thermostat. These guys are the best ! I had a rather complicated job (only the supply ducts were kept original, with some repairs, everything else had to be done from scratch, plus added air conditioning into large addition, plus air scrubbers, fresh air intake). They did a great job, everything was done very clean, no hacks whatsoever, everything well insulated or covered where possible. The team was very respectful, everything was done really neat and clean. And price wise they did really well, considering we went for the top of the line equipment. Btw, Evolution series is really worth it!

The furnace needed to be replaced and we knew that so there was no intense sales pitch necessary.

We had an outstanding experience with the entire team at Pearce heating.

The company installed Bryant +95% 3\-stage Variable gas furnace in January 2011 and also serviced the furnace a few times. In June 2023, I received the notice from Bryant about the defect of heat exchanger and wanted to work with them to get it replaced. Nothing happened then. The furnace finally failed. I contacted the company. The technician came in and confirmed that the cause was heat exchanger. He proposed to replace the old furnace with new one. The technician was very nice and honest. He told me that his company would not do the replacement, and asked me to work with other Bryant dealer for the replacement. I am very disappointed with their failure to provide replacement service for the defected product that they put in my house. I will not trust a company that put their profit over basic services expected for a reasonable dealer.

Highly recommend Pearce Heating \& Air Conditioning for any of your HVAC needs. They performed yearly maintenance on our old existing heating unit for several years and we both recently determined that it was time to replace. They walked us through our options and answered all our questions quickly. We have wanted for several years to add an A/C unit and they helped us with those options. We made our decision on the units and it was installed less than 3 weeks later (3 days for the install). Everyone at Pearce (Clair, Sandra, James, Pete, etc) is very professional, courteous, friendly and customer focused.

We live in a rambler and our heater is in our central hall. The team was professional, well\-spoken and knew what they were doing. In 2 1/2 days we had a new heater/heat pump and A/C with no glitches. They cleaned up everything.

We replaced the ductwork, furnace, and added a heat pump. Tim and his crew did a fantastic job and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result.

Furnace died and they had a tech out in less than 4 hours and were able to replace the next day. They were very clean and courteous which is unfortunately uncommon today!

Received a prompt call back to my early morning call when failure to heat was found. Service call was scheduled later that morning. Need for replacement was determined and scheduled for the next day. Space heaters were supplied to provide interim heat. The installation was completed flawlessly.

Pearce were recommended by our regular furnace technician (he recommended a complete replacement vs. repairing every other year). He did not hesitate in recommending Pearce Heating \& A/C for the install. The install was completed while we were on vacation. On our return it was as though no\-one had been in the house, no mess, no paint touch ups, no requirement to do anything. It was genuinely a zero hassle install. I was very impressed with the process overall, it was very clean, and a month later I could not be happier with the performance of the equipment. I would not hesitate to recommend Pearce Heating and A/C to anyone in the future. Post install Pearce Heating and A/C even registered my Bryant equipment without any prompting. Nice touch.

Extremely professional \- patiently answered all of my questions \- discovered and reported to me a water pipe leak from shower \- laid down sheets of cloth so carpeting was completely covered \-\- and before leaving, swept garage floor completely and even cleaned garage mats and carpets. I hired them to install a new furnace and new air conditioner. I am so glad I did! Everything was as it was told to me when Clair came to see the house. The guys ran into a problem with my vent (a builder issue – it wasn't attached to anything!), and they fixed it quickly… only charging me to cover costs. Our 14 year\-old heat pump gave out Tuesday evening of the recent week of extreme high temperatures, and I sent an email to Pearce late that night. Bill arrived the next morning, diagnosed the problems, and offered a range of options. We decided on a new air conditioner, and he ordered it immediately. The installation team was at our home Thursday morning with the new air conditioner! Technical Leads Tim and Travis and Installation Technicians Peter and TJ worked hard throughout the very hot day and finished the installation in the afternoon. We could not imagine such exceptional service from any other company.

Original planned routine service was done on our prior HVA system in a timely and professional manner. We subsequently ordered a new furnace and air conditioner from Pearce and that was installed efficiently, in a timely manner, and expertly completed. County inspections were completed and approved without any issues arising. The dealer's responsiveness has been first rate.
