Our furnace died (mostly) unexpectedly, and I left a late night voicemail with All Climate Heating \& Air Conditioning. They called me back the next morning, showed up to inspect within 2 hours and we realized that it made no sense to fix the 16 year\-old furnace, and so they called in a salesperson to help figure out a replacement. The salesperson showed up an hour late, we closed on a plan within a few minutes, and All Climate were able to come in the next morning and installed the furnace within 2 hours. So in short, a 1.5 day turn\-around from the point of malfunction to a working furnace \- that's very good! Great job guys.

Finally got A/C
Happy with the unit I bought (head pump inserted into my existing gas furnace heating system). Installation of the heat pump outside was so\-so. The heat pump is a unit that is skinny and sits on what looks like it's side. It was initially installed just sitting on a bed f gravel with some rebar hammered down into the ground to secure it. When the SnoCo inspector came by it failed inspection. It didn't take much effort for him to wobble the unit. It would have been easy to topple over. I ended up having to call the company to have them come out and use some earthquake straps to better secure the unit (so it doesn't move). The did respond pretty quickly to the request and on the 2nd inspection my installation passed.

All Climate solved our incidence so efficiently that we can avoid business interruption due to lack of heating
I want to say sincere thanks to All Climate. Our furnace started to blow burning smell into the house at Saturday night around 9:30. I called their 24 hour emergency number, and a lady sent my message to their on call team. I got a call back after about 40 minutes and scheduled a visit the next day on Sunday. After a check up on the furnace, the engineer recommended to replace the furnace for it's 25 years old and not even worth it to repair. I said I needed it the next day Monday because the business requires heating. He called his man right away and found a furnace for the next day on Monday. The installation team arrived around 7:30 AM and worked for about 2 hours to have the furnace replaced. The heating was recovered just around the time the business was open. The whole incidence was solved in 1.5 days and the business was uninterrupted. Thanks to All Climate. They do put their heart on helping the customers out of trouble.

Installers had to leave to replace an item that was missing in order to complete the install which they blamed on the dealership. I had to request that the coil be covered to prevent contact with the elements, something that should have been taken care of without my requesting it. Otherwise it was a standard install.

RUN AWAY!!!
I have not enough swear words to say about All Climate. They are an abomination. Incompetent all around. Many times over. I wish my contractor had never hired them. I wish I never had to follow up a zillion times to get them to correct a myriad of things they did wrong, and wrong again. Why are they an HVAC contractor???

Outstanding service and replacement heat pump
All Climate and heating came to diagnose a fault in my house climate control. it was diagnosed within an hour of the service visit and a replacement heat pump scheduled for replacement two days later. The two mana crew arrived on time worked to the schedule and finished on time too. The old equipment was removed quickly and the new equipment in place without any problems within two hours. The system was checked for heating and cooling and the refrigerant was disposed of correctly and the new system charged quickly and the entire job was clean and uneventful. One small criticism was that I was charged $100 for a call out and that was not refunded or deducted from the new equipment. This was annoying as I was spending over $3000 and had a warranty claim. I would expect a service call cost to be included in any subsequent work.

This is the best heating/AC company I've worked with. The initial quote was quick and very thorough. Dean had the square footage of the house, counted heat vents, looked at the venting, and then recommended a Bryan 96% efficient gas furnace. The existing piping and venting were all reused. The installers were professional and courteous, and cleaned up after the work, even sweeping the garage floor. The job was completed in the estimated time. I called for the inspection. The inspector commented on the very high quality of the work, and the inspection passed without any problems. The furnace is perfectly sized and exceeds my expectations. I have recommended them to some friends who are considering new furnaces. I give All Climate my very highest recommendation!
