There are many reasons Island Heating \& A/C is a leading service provider here in Oak Harbor. They are responsive, honest, know what they are doing, and they explain what going on clearly and concisely. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone (Pat, Mike, Justin, Hunter, et al) that helped diagnose and replace our aging furnace. We really like the new Bryant equipment and the EcoBee thermostat: a real step up from the previous system. Yes, I can defiantly recommend Island Heating \& A/C!

Pat was very nice to work with, but we got caught in the "supply chain" shortages and so it took a long time between when the order was placed and when the equipment was installed. I would have liked it better if Pat had sent occasional emails updating us on the status of the the equipment delivery.

Both the heating system installers and the owner were very professional, honest, and provided excellent service.

Had no problems with the install other than a abnormally loud fan motor which was promptly replaced that corrected the problem. Technicians were very punctual, professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the install and every component. Pat was very professional and patient with us to make a decision on what we wanted done. Also need to throw in a "Kudos" to Ryan from B\&C Electrical Services LLC for his excellent work and professionalism.

The installers arrived on time and were very professional, explaining what they would be doing and how long it would take. The job took two days, and they took care of every aspect, re\-doing the ductwork where necessary, and hauling the old furnace and ductwork away. They left the garage area clean and tidy, and explained how to use the new thermostat. I'm very happy with their work.

We have used them for years and they service us every year making sure our system is operating.

Incredibly prompt service and detection of health and safety issues. Co2 was blowing through floor vents and was cause of extreme fatigue and headaches. Feel so much better now. Disaster averted!

I?ve been an Island Heating customer for over 20 years. They have ALWAYS provided Stella customer service showing genuine concern for my needs. I could have gone to another company, maybe even got a lower price BUT my past experiences made this a no\-brainer. Everything was installed in a timely manner with minimum impact, only one day without heat. Service installers were very knowledgeable and explained things in a clear and understandable way.

Existing furnace was malfunctioning. Service call diagnosed problem, but inspection revealed cracked heat exchanger. After consultation \& review of alternatives, we selected an upgraded Bryant product. Installation was well done, quick \& neat by knowledgeable technicians. They also looked at ductwork \& advised on a cleaning service. Overall rating: excellent.

Island Heating put in new furnace, air purifier and tankless water heater. They did excellent work.

During this years snowy winter that would never end, my 18+ year old furnace decided to stop working. The service man Eric, came out that day, check out my furnace, advised me that to replace all that was worn out and to guarantee it's future dependability, it would cost as much as a new furnace. After a discussion he installed the "broken" part with no guarantee that it would last, but my house was warm and I had time to price and scheduled the installation of a new furnace. I am happy with the new furnace and the prompt installation. Kate

The purchase and installation experience I had with Island Heating \& A/C of Oak Harbor, WA was exceptional. Pat and his team are customer oriented, placing priority on getting the customer what they need ASAP. Our 25 year old gas furnace finally quit. Island Heating was there to trouble shoot, determine options and ease the customer's mind on the best way ahead. In our situation, we needed a new gas furnace.
