Didn't really have of any dealing with anyone face to face in purchasing this heater. In the past, in previous dealing with WES a salesperson came out so we could discuss what was wanted and needed. No longer do this apparently. My biggest concern was the capacity if the heater, and if it would heat our 4000sq. ft. home. As it appears, it will not. I emphasized this a lot, but to no avail

It's so cold now which means we haven't USED the AC so we can't offer a comment on the actual rating of the AC. The above rating boxes are confusing as the ONLY "X" is in the first boxes even though I clicked on 5th box for each line to express we were VERY HAPPY with the instillation(sp?).

From the sales person to the installers, they answered my many questions and helped me know what to expect. It was a great experience overall.

I always felt like my satisfaction was their first priority. Everyone was patient, professional, reliable and caring. The worksmanship was excellent. Perfect clean up. Couldn't be happier.

I also appreciate the clear communication.

Everything went as expected, except that the actual heat pump condenser (the part that was being replaced) wasn't delivered on\-time. It caused the installation to carry over till the following day.

The guys were hardworking and dedicated employees. You have a great crew. Only minor issues to mention. Wall controller was initially mounted crooked and later they fixed that. The walls were dirty afterwards due to dirty hands. But that's really no biggie considering they are doing some work here that gets their hands dirty. Understanding how to use the controller was a challenge for a bit. On the positive side ... This heating system is definitely more efficient, quieter, and better operating that the old one from 25 years ago. The additional Air conditioning system worked fantastically for the few days we used it in September. And the instant Gas powered water heater operates a lot better than the one purchased 25 year ago. Great team of guys and so far we are very happy with the install and the actual operational hardware.

The WES crew that installed our new Bryant AC were professional, friendly, courteous, and had high professional standards. The work they did was of outstanding quality. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

The installation was good and the folks seemed knowledgeable. Super efficient and worked till late to get it done in a single day. However had two concerns \- 1. When I booked, they told me they were scheduling for end of July but when scheduling team called me a couple of days later, they told me the earliest was mid August. Seemed misleading 2. There was some minor damage to the floor and wall near the furnace. They have someone coming out to see it and hopefully fix it.

Staff very approachable and took time explain any questions that came up with the project.

Igor explained everything we needed to know about our new system. Very informative and friendly. What was supposed to be a 1.5 day install was completed in one day.

Quick and accurate

I had multiple different companies come out and give me bids. Kelly came out and was super professional, she got me an extremely fair quote fast. Her team came out in a short time period and installed the furnace and a/c one day and our water heater the next. Each installation tech made sure we were comfortable with each product and gave us an in depth tutorial of what they did and how to use each new piece of equipment. Would highly recommend Washington Energy Services.

It's Summer, but cooling fan is quiet and brings cool air up from basement nicely.

The 3 installers Corey, JT, and Trevor were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and had the install completed in a day and a half. I was very pleased with their integrity and professionalism.

Only 2 small issue noted. Ist was there was an electrical wire that was cut too short, so electrician came back later to wire it. 2nd. After furnace installed, the duct cleaning was performed and was told there would be a small hole cut into furnace trim. I am a bit OCD and wish they would have cleaned the ducts first. I did not go with an upgraded furnace for about $1,500. Am glad I did not as this furnace performs well and is so quiet.

Perfect install.

This was not an easy install. The furnace is under the house in the crawl space, so they had to deal with working in a small space. The installation was extremely professional, and I'm pleased with the technology advancement of the heat pump over the original 18\-year\-old heat pump.

We wanted to move the heat pump location from the far corner of our home to a location close to the furnace and electrical panel. No problem they even contacted the city to see about setback restrictions and we were ok. The electrical and mechanical inspectors were very pleased with the installation and both signed off as approved.

Washington Energy Services have been our "go to" HVAC contractor for many years. When it came time to replace our system, we contacted them for an estimate. From the first conversation with the representative, we knew that we wanted to stay with them. The installation experience was great. Technicians are well trained. They had our new system up and running within 6 hours. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Very disorganized. Have been back now 5 times for furnace installation. Forgot to take pictures, left tablet in my garage, forgot to hook up red link service for thermostat, forgot to enter serial number, had incorrect sealant on a couple of places and now have to come back again. Other than that, the furnace is working beautifully.

Expertly removed the old furnace and installed an outstanding Bryant 820 Furnace. This 2 stage GF system has all but eliminated the cold spots experienced with the old furnace. Cleanup was awesome.

We have had 2 Bryant furnances.and have used the yearly Check up services which gave us 22 years of the first furnace. We are on the second. Recently had AC installed. Looking forward to a hot summer!

The installation professional spent the time necessary to install my furnace and update all the ductwork in a very professional and solid manner. However, I found out after the fact that the new furnace cannot blow cool air to provide circulation throughout the house during the summer. I had specifically talked to the sales agent about this, but we ended up in this situation. I specifically talked about fire season and how I want to keep the air filtered, and we discussed a filter upgrade which I paid for. However, I cannot use it in the summer because the furnace only blows heat.

Wa. Energy people were very nice in taking over all the installation process and kept me comfortable in the process. I would recommend them in an instant.

They did a good job. It took only 4.5 hours to install a new gas furnace. However there is a noise like that of a whispering tea kettle with boiling water when the furnace is turned on. I don't know if this is normal??? Please advise.

Collin was our installer and he was outstanding throughout the process. He communicated well throughout the process, was an excellent problem solver, took the time to explain things well, and was a great person to work with. His team seemed well organized and professional.

Following installation the heat pump cooled but didn't heat. Fortunately there was mild weather, because I was unable to use the appliance over a holiday weekend. The first service person couldn't solve the problem, but a more experienced one did after several days.

We had a team come out this spring and replace our ancient furnace. That was Team A and they did an okay job, but Team B had to come finish the complicated bits of the installation. Team B came back for the heat pump install and again, they did a great job. I'd happily have them come back every time.

WA Energy Services replaced my old gas furnace and added a heat pump. We had great experience with person giving us the quote and the crew sent out to perform the installation. The installation took 1.5 days and the crew did a great job integrating the system with my existing Ecobee thermostat, as well as cleaning up the work area and hauling away the junks.

We have never needed cooling capacity until the last few years of smoke and excessive heat. We did extensive research and talked to several HVAC contractors about installing a heat pump onto our existing gas furnace system. For the era when our house was built the ducts were not designed for cooling, which operates at a higher duct static pressure so we wanted to make sure we got a system that worked for our situation. We also wanted a quiet outdoor unit, as many of or neighbor units are noisy. Each company had a slightly different approach to the best fit and in the end we got a system installation that we are quiet pleased with. WES is a large company and I was concerned about getting lost in the system, so I was very pleased about the phone call notifications before the techs arrived, coordination between departments and timely of completing the job. The personnel is all professional, experienced and personable. And the Bryant unit is very quiet.

Am very pleased with system and the installers

The "Attributes" rating wasn't working, otherwise I'd have given them top ratings on everything. Wa. Energy is my first thought for anything they do. First, they have enough work to keep a staff fully employed year round. Some of their people have been there since inception of business. They won't be stopping at a big box store for day laborers to do your job. Second, they are big enough to have an inventory on hand... nobody will call and say "uhm, we can't get the unit we sold you on, so we are switching it out for another." Third, they seem quick to adopt new methods or technologies to bring to customers. And, they are conversant on the benefits of doing so. Fourth, I think these guys have done everything under the sun. If your crew is stumped about something... the whole company is their data base for answers. Fifth, they stand behind their work. Our installation of a heat pump resulted in a pin hole leak of a hot water supply line. Wet wall board. They fixed it... and we got an acceptable discount on a replacement water heater (old one was about 10 years old). They also did our windows about three years ago. Also an excellent job.

WES was incredibly professional for all of my interactions with them. I was out of town for most of the service times but they were more than capable of handling that inconvenience. They're very affordable and I felt well taken care of throughout the process.

Replaced 45 yr old heating system in split level house; designed and installed to use existing duct work. Pricing and warrenty of quality equipment a plus. Very pleased with installation, and operation of my new system. Very quiet during operation. Highly recommend.

After the furnace was installed, they forgot to turn the gas back on to the hot water heater. We called the next day and they came back to turn it on the same day. Less than a month after installation, the condenser fan didn't work. They again came out same day (Saturday) to fix it. It was a loose wire. The response time was great \- both times.

Everyone one from the Salesman to the installation crew were very knowledgable and professional.

I had to replace my older Bryant heat pump with a new Bryant heat pump/furnace. Apparently the condenser was obsolete. Two years ago, the thermostat had to be replaced and we spent $700 to purchase and install a Bryant Connex thermostat which we liked When we got the quote for the new heat pump/furnace from Washington Energy, we were told we could use the Bryant thermostat we had purchased earlier with the new installation (this was reference on the quote). Apparently, the thermostat was not compatible, and the technicians installed a less expensive Honeywell small screen model. It must have been known prior to installation that there was a problem. I was not notified in advance. My feeling is that Washington Energy should have installed a Bryant large screen thermostat similar to the one they thought would be compatible with the new equipment. I feel that Washington Energy could have comped the difference of the thermostat based up the high price of the Bryant heat pump and furnace they installed That is my only complaint. The installation, vent check, and permit process was professional and thorough. Everyone was efficient, on time and helpful.

They were quick, polite and straight to their job \- very professional. Was impressed by how many individuals were there to complete everything within 2 days.

It was a 2\-day install. The installers came unprepared and did not bring some of the material like pipes to complete the work for the 1st day and they left early by 2.30PM. They started at 10AM approximately essentially working for about 4 hours. The next day they had to rush and finish the job to compensate for the 1st day. As a result they stayed late till 8pm thus rushing the customer with the filling out the paperwork, providing them walkthough and answering questions. They were fatigued, lacked energy by end of day and this affected how they did the closing with the customer (me) \- it was not a good experience and I didnt want to hold them back with questions etc. The thermostat installer did a shoddy job and did not install the WIFI adapter and I identified their miss and called them in the next day to fix it. Also they left no proper documentation/manual for the thermostat. The thermostat they provided is a cheap kind and technologically inferior to the one I had before was a much better quality WIFI thermostat. Now I am concerned about the longevity of the furnace and heat pump. The sales proposal was ambiguous \- it did not list that a Carrier equivalent model for heatpump will be installed and also it did not mention that a wired adapter will be used for the thermostat. Usage of wired adapter makes calling a WIFI duplictuous. Also the post\-sales support from the salesperson was frustrating and quite tense.

Furnace works very well

Project: Heat pump install and furnace replacement. Washington Energy was great to work with. The initial proposal was explained well, questions were competently answered and there weren't any "gotchas" or 11th hour surprise costs. The heat pump and furnace installation were well organized. There were only a couple of considerations that required my attention (owner approved changes) and the team ensured I was well informed and proactively involved. The job was completed as per the estimate. Following completion, the team leader walked me through the work project, answered questions, and explained things in smart detail. We are happy with the work, the new system and the install team.

Only had the are conditioner and heater for two weeks. So far, everything is working fine.

The heat pump is appropriate cool or warm as needed.

The installers are couteous and didn't mind my wife's relenless questions . They answered them all with a smile. They found a way to route the lines without disturbing my shelves and the 200 gallon aquarium in the garage. Other contractors wanted us to take down existing cabinets and shelves. Great work.

Washington Energy Services did a fantastic job on the install. The heat pump and air handler are so quiet we can not hear them running unless you stand right next to them. The variable speed fan runs at low speed most of the time providing even heat in the house.

The crew obviously were very experienced, knew the product and how to install everything.

Did have two issues on inspection.

He reviewed the options available and what needed to be done to get the furnace I wanted. The installers went above and beyond when there was a small glitch in the electrical and made sure it was installed correctly.

I am very satisfied with this company from the first person to give me a bid, the electricians and the installers. The folks I talked to on the phone were very knowledgable and friendly. They ALL were very courteous, helpfull and friendly. Least to say I love my furnace and can't wait till summer to use the AC.

At first i was apprehensive about the installers...being on the youthfull side i was hoping there experience level was up to the challenge.There were some snags along the way but the 2 teams figured it out within a 2 day period.Work was done clean and to level that was appealing too.Was intalled in the winter so come warmer weather we will see.

All parts of the installation went smoothly. They wait time was long after signing the contract because of staffing shortages. They contacted me to move up the installation when there was a cancellation because we had no heat and were getting into the fall. The pre\-work went fine. They helped get the necessary permits and when the installation team showed up all went as planned. Initially they estimated it would take 2 days, when if fact it took 3. But other than than there was nothing unexpected. The unit works great.
