The installation went smoothly. Everything works. The technicians answered the few questions I had.

Ackerman was able to quickly diagnose my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and ordered a new furnace for me. Within a few days they had a scheduled appointment with me and removed the old furnace and replaced it with the new one. They even had to cut a place out for the register upstairs and install a grate. The employees were extremely proficient, professional and very nice. I recommend them over any other company in Eastern Washington and I will never go through any other Heating and A/C company.

Ackerman's completed the most thorough quote process I've ever witnessed by any service provider ever. They paid attention to the fact that my house is a split\-level (meaning I primarily live/operate upstairs), asked about the number of floor vents the HVAC is trying to force air through at once, and the extra high ceilings in the living room. While they did quote me for a larger unit than other providers, and larger than my previous A/C unit, I believe the unit they recommended was the correct one. And I was so happy with the install process \- they completed it in one day. Would very much recommend Ackerman's to others in the area needing HVAC services.

Our electric only central heat system was replaced with an electric and heat pump system. Prompt estimates were provided for three different systems. Upon installation it was learned that additional work and equipment not included in the estimate chosen was required. Ackerman performed this work and provided the equipment at no additional charge. The workmanship was first rate, the technicians courteous and knowledgeable and the work performed and completed when scheduled. I strongly recommend Ackerman.
