Owner great, rest of team - and post support NOT so much
My Contractor Brought Method air in on for the HVAC Sub. Cody came in and did a GREAT job with house analysis and suggested an upgrade using ONE furnace in place of 2, using a set of 3 zone controls. Great! Now comes the install team. LOUD, obnoxious, even offensive (had to ask them to cool it) and a bunch of \- "did you really want to run the lines THERE". They were the only Subs the City inspector require them to re\-direct change duct routing (including a line I asked them to look at first). Next. Found the 2 of the 3 zones were run such that the thermostats fight, and often leave one zone too high and the other too low. Next. Had a system fault \- called for service / fix (per notice on smart control) \- 1st call got Cody, promised a visit 3 days out (Monday). NO show, NO call. 3 Calls and 4 texts went totally unanswered. Non response. Lost all trust \- Are they only interested in install/contractors) and not the client? Makes me wonder if they over sold the upscale system!
