We had installation issues with our AC unit it had been damaged in the shipping process. The problem was resolved in a timely manner and a new unit was installed. We were very impressed and pleased with their expertise and service.

Our furnace heat exchange unit failed during the cold of winter. Shane came to the house without delay and clearly presented the available options. I truly appreciate the fact that he presented ALL of our options \- reviewing possible repair of our 14 year old furnace, and our good, better and best option for new replacement. A true consultant. He reviewed the benefits of each path along with the investment associated with each and then left the decision up to us. We even reviewed the performance of our old furnace and discussed options that would improve performance. As a result he helped us run a new heat duct and even corrected some duct issues from our original install. Once we made our decision, he moved us to the top of the list (because we were without heat) which was appreciated very much. It took one day to prepare for the installation and the very next morning Shane showed up on time as promised and went straight to work. A little over a half a day later we turned off our temporary space heaters, the install was complete and we were warming back up. Shane even took the time to explain and review proper maintenance and left us fully prepared to take care of our new investment. And if that wasn't enough Warner Heating held our hand through our warranty registration, and rebate application. An excellent experience provided through excellent service! Thank you Warner.
