Very prompt and thorough service. All of the technicians were friendly, clean and efficient. Our new system is a great improvement.

The installation men were respectful and did their work in a timely manor. We had a small issue with space required to install a new cold air return and the installer worked with me to sole the issue. We were very pleased with the service they provided.

We have used Professional Heating for many years. When our appliances were finally failing because of age (20+ years), we decided to buy a new furnace and AC from them. Their work was clean and professional and installed on time. Best of all, the new appliances are more efficient and we are saving money. Our electricity bill dropped almost $20 per month in the first 6 months after the furnace was installed.

As always, Pro Heat is awesome to work with and are excellent at what they do.

I love this company. I have used them for years now. Have tried all the others that you hear about on radio etc. None do I trust like I do Professional Heating. These guys are honest, good guys. Know what they are doing. The conditioner stopped working. Called and they worked me in. Good people. We have been limping along on this old unit for years. It was finally time. Every single guy that came to install the new system were sharp good guys. Knew what they were doing. Exceptional! Recommend to everyone!!

Jared and his team are true professionals. I did not know him before he came to support our system but was incredibly impressed. We had two other HVAC companies out and they were useless. He even spent extra time to help me troubleshoot some things remotely before he came to our home. Definitely recommend highly!

Professional Heating gets the job done in a timely manner and they do an excellent job. If something is wrong and they have to fix it, they will fix the problem. Very good company to work with

The installation in my condo was not an easy one. The compressor was on the roof, requiring a crane to get the old one down and the new one up. The furnace was offset behind a doorway in such a way as to make it a real challenge to get the old heat exchanger out and the new one in place. You couldn't use anything but a reusable, foldable filter for the same reason. They resolved all of these problems, did the job fast without a long period of inconvenience, and moved the filter to an easy to use external filter frame. I would not hesitate to recommend, or use this company again, should the need arise. They are top notch!

I'm super pleased with everything. Logan explained the furnace to me. Logan and Matt were every efficient. When they left it looked like they had never been there. Cleaned up everything. I feel very comfortable that if I have any questions or concerns I can contact them.

The service men who installed my new AC unit were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently.
