Highly responsive, excellent follow through, best pricing
Our Central Air died on a 97 degree August weekend. We checked with 3 HVAC dealers. All had difficulty obtaining equipment (Pandemic and building boom in our area) and all were booked out for a week or weeks. Authority Heating \& Cooling moved us ahead of several non\-urgent installations. They brought in equipment from several hundred miles away. The new outside compressor had a faulty controller board out of the box. They obtained and installed a replacement controller board in less than 24 hours. Authority had the best prices and the shortest turn around of the 3 dealers we got bids from. And their people and service were outstanding, skilled, thorough and clean. I couldn't be more pleased with them.
