Overall, Western Heating did a great job. Professional, on time and completed the job in one day, which required working past normal business hours. I received the incorrect furnace, which prevented me from using my desired thermostat, which Western Heating knew was my requirement. While the installed furnace was an upgrade, I was not required to pay the increased costs due to their error. This in turn required me to purchase the Bryant thermostat, but I was given a discount. Overall, very satisfied with the installation!
