Very prompt service. I had called about my mini split not working correctly and they sent someone out within 2 days. I had been wanting to upgrade to a better quality system and add on an additional unit with dual zones. They were able to install my new mini split systems very quickly. All Around Excellent Experience
Arrived the same day I called and on time to assess my cooling issue. Took the time necessary to thoroughly assess my issue. Explained the problem and suggested a solution. Promised to send a quote. Two business days later I received and accepted the quote and the installation took place two weeks later. The installation crew arrived on time, were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The professionalism and the high standard of service is very much appreciated, especially in our very remote small town when this high level of service is rare. Thank you!
