BRAND NEW HEATER NOT WORKING
We moved into a brand new Arive home October 1st. When we went to use the heater mid\-October it didn't work. It got down to 62 overnight. They have been out here almost every day for the past 2 weeks. Each day they get it going again and each morning it won't turn on (flashing light). My husband has had to manually kick start it every morning. Friday, October 22nd. the repairman replaced some parts and it worked for Saturday. However, I turned it down to 66 (our overnight preferred temp) before going to bed and it didn't turn on again during the night. We are about ready to have the whole thing replaced. Tired of having to be around all the time to let them in at all hours of the day and waking up to a cold house and having to kick start it.
