A/C Replacement using WA Air Conditioning
Javier Reyna, Emilio Carranza and Austin Caldwell did an excellent job replacing our heat pump. They put down a tarp to protect the carpet as they were going in and out of the house. They took the time to hang the duct work and in doing so discovered and repaired a leak in the duct work away from the unit. They did an excellent job cleaning up the areas they worked in. Scott Walters did an excellent job teaching my wife and I about the new thermostat. When he left we both felt comfortable using the various features on it. I appreciated the time he took to make sure we understood it's capabilities. Over the years Ronnie Holt has provided excellent service keeping our units running reliably. I believe Austin said it best when he told me "Our name is on this equipment. We want to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right and the customer is happy with our work." I truly appreciate that kind of attitude and ownership when performing a job. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone needing A/C work.
