Sisemore Services were excellent. They came to do a free estimate, provided a thorough description of the work needed, and worked fast to complete the job. They even apologized for weather delays as if they could control the rain! The lead installer provided his cell number to call over the weekend if anything happened/went wrong (which thankfully was not needed). I would highly recommend them for your AC needs.

The first contact we had was with Brad Sisemore who said that he would be at our home at 1pm. I thought to myself, sure. At 1/4 to 1pm the phone rang and Carrie, the office person told us that Brad would be here at 1. At 1 pm, Brad rang our door and told us that even though I thought that a 4 ton unit would be better, he told us that he would not sell us a 4 ton unit and went on to tell us why. After understanding why a 4 ton unit would not be good for us we agreed to to get a 3 ton unit . The installers finished up a little early and were able to get to us, knowing the problem we were facing being older in the heat, agreed to work Saturday to get the A/C back on in our house. the father and son team worked very hard installing the A/C unit They were extremely clean, very courteous, and not only that but the work performed by them was beyond good they paid attention to every little detail as if it was there Moms house. They needed to have a large amount of metal and parts made on sight, you would have thought that the parts manufactured by them were from the factory, they were so neatly and precisely made. The job they did installing the unit was beyond a doubt the very best work we have ever had performed on our home. When they were finished installing the unit they made sure that 1. It was working properly and 2. That we fully understood everything we needed to know about it. If only they did every kind of work on a house that needed to be done. Well, you cant have everything.
