EXCELLENT Experience From Start To Finish
From start to finish, my experience with Woods was excellent! It began with David's visit to my home where he proceeded to give me a very professional evaluation with clear, informative options for replacing my HVAC system. My install was scheduled for 3 days later on a Saturday. The technicians Saul and Brandon were on time for the job, very polite, and finished installing my entire new system in a little over 2 hours! David even came by for a few minutes during the install just for a courtesy visit. Finally Jayden came out a few days later to do a Quality Walk to make sure that everything was looking and functioning like it's supposed to. Throughout the entire process I was always given timely communications to let me know what was happening, when, and by whom. It's obvious that Woods Comfort Systems goes out of it's way to ensure a GREAT customer service experience!

Curtius , Highly Skilled Professionals that removed the old System, installed all new Bryant System and cleaned up afterwards
all the Staff were Highly Skilled and Professional and came with al the Tools and parts needed to complete the job and Tested the new Heat and Cold system and Programed the new Honeywell Thermostat to assure me that I would be comfortable and supervisor came and did a follow\-up inspection and Re\-tested the whole system and explained the function of system and the Owners manual. Woods Comfort Systems went above and beyond our expectations for this type of purchase and installation. Our rep, Cary, was extremely knowledgable and thorough with information and solutions to address any concerns we had, and helped us find the right system to meet our needs. And when we both got very sick and were unable to follow through with our purchase six months ago, he put everything on pause and had it ready to go after we recovered without gouging us on pricing or saying we needed to upgrade the equipment due to the delay, etc. The installation was scheduled within a week of saying "yes" and, when the day came, the crew was on time, did the job in one day (for two zones/two floors), and did a great job of demonstrating the new equipment for us and cleaning up afterward. We HIGHLY recommend Cary, and the whole Woods Comfort Systems team!
