After a terrible experience with our previous A/C contractor, Steve and Scott Moore have restored our faith! In early June, we found out the compressor in our 13\-year\-old outside unit needed to be replaced. We contacted Moore A/C and Heating because my employer used them, and because they are a local company. Steve came out promptly, checked everything, and explained, without a hard sell, the pros and cons of replacing only the compressor vs. the whole unit. He didn't try to pressure us one way or the other, but just stated the facts and let us decide. He also brought us a temporary window unit to use, which was a huge help, and actually came a day earlier than planned to complete the replacement. Steve is very warm and friendly, and we had total trust in what he told us. It was hard for us to initially make a decision, but he never was impatient and calmly answered our multitude of questions. We are very pleased with our Bryant unit so far. It is very quiet, and, although it is the same seer as our previous Lennox, the electric bill we just received was about $30 less than this same period a year ago. It looks promising! We would definitely recommend this unit as well as Moore A/C and Heating.

Have an amazing experience with the installation company, Moore heating and air. Very personable explained everything and was able to make modifications to my drip line.

I am very pleased with the new air conditioning system that Moore Services installed. They were super careful to protect my carpet and cleaned up everything after finishing. The new system looks like it was put together with great care and it has worked flawlessly so far.

My experience with Moore Heating and Air was great! I called and a representative came out the next day to take a look and then two days after that the new furnace was installed. If I ever need heating and air services again, I would be sure to use Moore Heating \& Air.
