Great service including full installation
Matt and the guys from PureAire really know how to take care of their customers. It starts with the response time. Nobody wants to wait any longer than necessary and Matt is always responding by phone or email very quickly. As our Rheem systems aged, Matt has helped make repairs to keep them running (things like a new igniter for the furnace, a new capacitor for an outdoor motor, a new blower motor inside, etc). Matt also added a cold air return for one of the rooms upstairs. Then, when one compressor finally gave out (16 years) we installed two new Bryant units for the home. We thoroughly discussed the options and decided on basic units but still with a much better environmental SEER rating to save money on a monthly basis. We found that one of the older Rheem units was actually OVER sized and we could do the same job with less tonnage and also save some cost on the install. The installation guys worked their butts off (2 guys for 10 hours!) on a hot day (of course!) and got it all up and running. They were very neat inside the house, put down floor coverings, and were very careful moving all the heavy equipment in and out and up the stairs and into the attic.
