Carlos and his A/C\-TEAM were great! First, Carlos came out and diagnosed my "dead" A/C, which lasted 28 years! I told him what I could afford and his proposals were exactly in my budget. Air Comfort Systems is also an authorized installer for the City of Austin's rebate programs. Since Carlos is very familiar with all the programs they offer, he was able to help me choose the right one for me and he handled all the paperwork for those rebates. He also handled the City permits and the rebates/registration for the Bryant system as well. Carlos also made financing a breeze \- it took just 5 minutes for approval and once I had the information filled out, he handled the paperwork! I also love the ease\-of\-use of the thermostat, which he walked me thru the set\-up and in a matter of minutes, I was up and cooling. I did call three other businesses (recommended via NextDoor.Com) and I knew before the installation, I made the right choice and now that I've been using my new air conditioner, that seals the deal!! Air Comfort Systems/Carlos truly made the entire process easy and worry free. I highly recommend Carlos and his A/C\-TEAM! Thanks for keeping my family COOL again!!
