Not one thing bad to say about Bear Air Services. Showed up on time on the install date, no extra charges, and suggestions made to add larger duct work and extra intake has made a dramatic improvement over the older setup. Would not hesitate to use them again on replacing the 2nd unit in my house.

AJ had come out to service our old unit several times over the past few years, so when that unit was coming to the end of its service life, we asked him to recommend and install a new one. He took the time to review our system closely and offered several options with a recommendation. Most of us aren't HVAC experts so we have to just rely on the contractor's experience and integrity to know we're getting what we need at a fair price, so having a business you know and trust to advise us really made what could have been an overwhelming process quite easy. I'm glad our kids attend the same school and we saw his ad in the school newsletter!

I called Bear Heating \& Air when I noticed the furnace in my recently purchased home acting erratically. The Technician, AJ, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable on the equipment already installed in the home, taking the time to explain in detail the troubleshooting he went through to solve the problem. In the end I decided to ask about replacing the unit since the repair would be so costly and the unit was old. He worked with me on an honest, fair price and unit for the size of my home, but I never felt pressured to buy. I did opt to replace the unit, he accommodated a weekend morning installation, which was also handled professionally and timely. I had a warm home within a few hours! I'm happy to recommend Bear Heating \& Air to family and friends.
