Great experience! Chose to have 22 year old HVAC system replaced after he came out and patched up my faltering condensing unit. He explained the problem and let me decide what I'd like to do. There was no pressure to upgrade or replace. I knew I was on borrowed time with current unit and decided to replace electively instead of waiting until it quit completely. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair in pricing. Highly recommend.
