We have been using them for over 2 years for our bi\-annual check ups. They informed us of a leak in the coils. Previous companies added Freon but never suggested that it could be a leak in the coils. We find Air Comfort Systems to be honest and reliable.

Temps averaging around 105, supply lines down or low, but came through quickly. Got us up and running within a couple of days. Quick, efficient, clean.

It took a while to figure out the compressor was out on my unit. They did a great job and accommodated me for the lost time.

I had to replace an entire outdoor unit and the whole process, from diagnosis to installment was painless...and reasonable\~ Plus, they accommodated my "afternoon only" schedule. Carlos and his A/C\-TEAM were great! First, Carlos came out and diagnosed my "dead" A/C, which lasted 28 years! I told him what I could afford and his proposals were exactly in my budget. Air Comfort Systems is also an authorized installer for the City of Austin's rebate programs. Since Carlos is very familiar with all the programs they offer, he was able to help me choose the right one for me and he handled all the paperwork for those rebates. He also handled the City permits and the rebates/registration for the Bryant system as well. Carlos also made financing a breeze \- it took just 5 minutes for approval and once I had the information filled out, he handled the paperwork! I also love the ease\-of\-use of the thermostat, which he walked me thru the set\-up and in a matter of minutes, I was up and cooling. I did call three other businesses (recommended via NextDoor.Com) and I knew before the installation, I made the right choice and now that I've been using my new air conditioner, that seals the deal!!
