From the initial meeting with the Company owner to the installation all was handled very professionally and efficiently. My only complaint it that the installer should be responsible for submitting the registration and not leave it to the homeowner. After all, considering the cost of replacing the entire HVAC system should include this action on the part of the installer. I was not informed of this task and could have missed taking care of the registration had I not been reviewing my final invoice detail. Otherwise very satisfied with BCS Air Solutions.
