ABA installs new unit that leaked, requiring major repairs
I have been a customer of ABA for years. ABA recently installed a new unit that flooded my house, said they were sorry and sent me their insurance agent. I am funding the cleanup and managing the contractor to repair my home. Fans blew for over a week at 95dbI also had to cut my family vacation down for 8 days to 2 days to manage the repairs. My home is now under repairs for probably weeks. Not one call to help or follow up with me. Since I was passionate on the second and third call, due to refusal to assist me, they no longer take my calls and have not reached out at the senior level. This is unfortunate because I was a loyal customer for over 10 years and have installed 3 units with them, plus service, etc.

NEW AC
I was told by my salesman that this work would take 3 hours at the most, the guys got here at 10AM and they left at 7:30PM and I had to call someone else because my system went from cold to hot. That service man came on Saturday and fixed it but said they needed to schedule another appointment so they could install another wire, they came back on Tuesday and finished the job. I feel that when you are scheduled to have and AC installed by golly stay off of your cell phone and get the job done. One guy left for a personal appointment and left the other one outside to do the condenser. He came back and was on the cell phone. I will not recommend this company to my friends.

Problems with New Bryant HVAC and Dealer
We bought a new Bryant HVAC unit because our unit was 16 years old, and we anticipated a hot summer when the unit might go out. Within a few days of the purchase, however, the new unit quit cooling and a serviceman had to go buy a part to fix it. That was July 4th. It is now 11 days later, and unit has stopped cooling again. It is 81 degrees in the house and rising. I called the company again that installed the unit, but they said that they will most likely not be able to fix our unit tonight. I honestly thought that we were buying a Trane, but apparently it's a Bryant. These compounded errors are becoming very frustrating. At this point, I cannot recommend that anyone purchase a Bryant or purchase a unit from ABA, who installed it.

Coil & A/C Unit Replacement
All 3 of your H/VAC Mechanics were Professional, Knowledgeable, Prompt, Friendly, and did an excellent Clean\-Up when the completed their work. Johnny inspected the units for Problems and made Recommendations for Service. His explanations were easy to understand for the layman and offered a fair piecing for Goods and Services Rendered. He was able to schedule Richard \& Paco for the next morning. Richard \& Paco arrived "On Schedule" and swiftly completed the "disconnect" of existing units. The only problem the Crew experienced was that they were given the "Wrong" Coil for the Unit in the Attic. Richard had that quickly resolved by traveling back to the Supplier to exchange for the correct Coil. I feel he was going above \& beyond especially on a SATURDAY MORNING. Paco stayed and removed the other unit to prepare for a quick \& professional SWAP OUT when Richard returned. Very efficient.
