Four gentlemen came out to the installation. Period. All were extremely polite and friendly to my wife and me. They made sure that my wife and I were fully briefed on the system that we understood everything and cleaned up their mess completely. Excellent job!

New AC Condenser Unit installed. 2\-3 hours later, fan motor went kaput. Faulty Bryant equipment. 2 service techs returned to troubleshoot and remained at my home until TNT owner Roy, returned with a new replacement fan motor. All 3 men stayed on a hot July evening until 8PM to finish the job. Thank You so much!

Our Air conditioning went out while at our beach house over a weekend and called TNT Heating and Air and had immediate attention and service from the staff. Had a quote within two days with several options for new units. They answered all my questions and helped me select the best option for our house. Made arrangements for them to install. The installers were super nice guys and and cleaned up after they finished. House was back to being cold within an hour. They did an amazing job and will gladly give them 5 stars\*\*\*\*\* for their expertise and knowledge and service. Don't call anyone else but TNT for all your needs.!!!

Will, the gentleman (salesman) that sold me the unit was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. The installers Jeremy and Kevin, were very knowledgeable about the system and did a great cleanup/installation and stayed till all my questions were answered and sat down with me for my programmable thermostat programming it and explaining how it worked.

We use TNT for all of our heating and cooling needs. They are professional, fair, prompt and have their customers best interest in mind. We will continue to use them for all our future maintenance needs

Office staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a tech there same day to replace failed t\-stat. Tech was efficient and courteous. Had us back on line in 30 minutes or less.

Very nice and professional

The installation team was wonderful. They were timely, professional, friendly. They worked solidly throughout the day to finish the difficult installation (large unit with small space access).

Help explant the best options for my situation and subjected replacing the wood that was 18 years old. Made sure we had at least one of the heat pumps up and running the first day and met their commitment to have everything completed in too days. Kept me informed and cleaned up after the job. Also was very informed on the rebates from the electric company.
