Knowledgeable and honest, exactly what you need from your dealer
I have replaced the original HVAC system in my 38 year old house. Mike Spangler, the company president, spent a lot of time to select a proper equipment and provided many details I asked him to get for me. His team, Matthew M., Andrew H., Matthew T. and Kyle D. removed the old equipment and installed the new one in one day. At the end Matthew M. have programmed the smart thermostat , updated its software and showed me how to use it. They left all the required manuals and paperwork with me. The work area was cleaned and the system was tested in both heating and cooling modes. I hope to get the same level of service from them, if I ever need it in the future.
