Great Experience - Start to Finish
From our Sales Advisor, John Husar, to the installation team, Emil and Christopher, and the office support, Carrie and Christine. The McVay Team is clearly a step above. John won us over with his technical expertise, innovative solutions, and professionalism. The install team brought everything to life with a great install experience, and the office team made sure all the details were covered. The McVay/Lowe's partnership paid off for us.

Two hot nights with our new unit
Installation was fine . . no mishaps. Unfortunately, the thermostat (not a Bryant product) was defective. Outside temperature (during the day, in excess of 90). Bad night. Call to McVay brought new thermostat following day. (Second bad night) Third night was great!

Excellent experience.
Bob came to the house and gave a price of what the job would entail. Erick and Elijah performed the installation with excellent craftmanship and expertise. No guessing or cutting corners. Exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend McVay Plumbing Co..

After a thorough vetting process involving four dealers and three brands, I made the right choice, McVay/Arendosh!
This was the replacement of a 47\-year\-old furnace and a 36\-year\-old air conditioner. There was no "problem" to solve so that was not rated. "Service" I interpret to be the installation by Robert and Nathan and that was excellent, as was the "Expertise" of Rocco, a former installer, who quoted the system.
