Two hot nights with our new unit
Installation was fine . . no mishaps. Unfortunately, the thermostat (not a Bryant product) was defective. Outside temperature (during the day, in excess of 90). Bad night. Call to McVay brought new thermostat following day. (Second bad night) Third night was great!

After a thorough vetting process involving four dealers and three brands, I made the right choice, McVay/Arendosh!
This was the replacement of a 47\-year\-old furnace and a 36\-year\-old air conditioner. There was no "problem" to solve so that was not rated. "Service" I interpret to be the installation by Robert and Nathan and that was excellent, as was the "Expertise" of Rocco, a former installer, who quoted the system.
