Two techs installed my new heat pump unit, very friendly and respectful. Cleaned everything up when they left, you'd never had known they were even there. Great local company.

I would recommend Wilbur's guys I asked them to do a couple things the way I wanted it done and that's what they did.

Our heat pump was leaking refrigerant and our current servicer was not able to schedule an install for another week. Jeffrey A. Wilbur came out and was able to begin work in the next day and finish the job in 2 days. We appreciate their responsiveness!

Justin and the other techs did a great job removing our old furnace and AC units and installed the new ones quickly, cleaned up and gave thorough explanations about operation of the systems and the new Ecobee themostat.

Staff appears very knowledgeable. Complete work very neatly and clean up after themselves. Also company is just great at communicating appointments and following up.

I am so far very satisfied with the installation of my new ac unit and furnace.

They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. They arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled.

Wilbur was wonderful. Easy to work with and staff did an awesome job installing equipment and instructing how to use it.

The item that was purchased was a bit pricey. However, since it took so long to get it, I was able to get an upgrade at no cost. It is a nice unit, but the outside unit is huge. It seems to work fairly well. I had no communication with the bryant company, just my HVAC company that installed it.

My only complaint is that the symbols are to hard to see on the hand held controller

Jeff Wilbur P\&H and his technicians are very knowledgeable in the installation of Bryant Oil Fired Furnaces. They removed my old, nonfunctioning furnace and efficiently installed the new one. They answered my questions and explained to me how the electronic thermostat works and how to change the settings to my liking (never had one with my old furnace). I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has furnace problems or need a new one installed.

Dual stage natural gas forced hot air furnace. Replaced an old inefficient gas furnace.

Very quiet unit and easy of use. The install team is very professional! Left our home clean and the way we left it. Replaced a Trane unit that the motor died. This unit is energy star rated and is powerful for our 1100 square foot ranch. Thanks Jeff and his workers!
