We've worked with Redmond's for at least the last 8 years as part of their service agreement program to maintain our old HVAC. We knew the time was coming it would need to be replaced \- it's been 23 years. At our most recent service appointment, the news came it was time to replace the old HVAC. After an appointment with their sales rep, we had proposal with 4 different options the same day. There was no pressure and all our questions were answered. Less than a month later we have our new system installed and working. The technicians from Redmond's were professional and courtesy \- they were also good sports with our 250lb Mastiff. We included the whole home humidifier and air purifier \- my husband and I both work from home so we're looking forward to these additional benefits.

From sales to service, RCC excels in what they do. Easy to work with \-\- they go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything. No hidden agenda. You can tell that even their employees believe in what they do \-\- and that is quality customer service.

I feel they are experts in what they do. Not perfect, but they work to make sure the customer is satisfied.

We are happy and satisfied with the representatives, equipment that was suggested for our needs, service technicians, and the work we had done. One thing we would suggest is that the communication between office and customers be refined a bit to help insure that both sides are kept informed during the processes of scheduling and installation so as to make the overall experience more seamless for both parties. However, we do feel confident in our choice using this company.

these guys are on the ball from the secretary that I first spoke to all the way trough to the installation crew professional courteous and cleaned up the area better than what it was when they got there I was kept aware of every single step from requesting an estimate to how each system worked to the day they wanted to install and a follow up when they where done to make sure everything went well prices are more then reasonable I shopped around prior to signing with them you wont get a better deal or meet more knowledgeable crew

First, Rick gave me a great deal and shows his respect for veterans by discounting. I was supposed to get an 18,000 BTU unit. They installed a 24,000 BTU unit that was ordered and not picked up by another buyer. The men who installed the unit were very professional and at the same time very friendly and informative. I am very happy with the unit and impressed with it's efficiency. I didn't hear the outdoor compressor run. Sean brought me in the shop a couple of minutes after the unit was turned on. It had already begun to cool down my shop. I truly appreciate the unit, installation, and my experience with you. I referred Fred Brown and have already posted a picture on Facebook.
