Our AC died during a heatwave and we were stuck with an unexpected full HVAC replacement. After speaking with a few local companies and receiving multiple quotes, we happily chose R\&D. Not only did they provide us with a great price, but Shane and his team were able to replace our system quickly. Shane also provided us with a temporary window unit while the work was completed. I highly recommend R\&D.

I just had a new system installed as part of my conversion from Electric to gas hvac. Ron and the crew coordinated the whole event, were very professional, patient and worked very hard to deliver a neat, well installed and thought out install in a very small space. The whole team was great, the value was there and the "just do it right" attitude was clear to with everyone on the team who did not rush or try to cut corners. Highly recommended.

The process from beginning to end was very easy. George came to our house and took measurements and submitted price. He was very professional and explained everything and answered all our questions. I needed a new AC unit and furnace. I know nothing about this kind of thing and R+D took the time to explain all the different options to me and when delivery day finally came they were in and out in about 6 hours. The installers walked me through the new system and were able to answer all my questions. It didn't come out as the cheapest option but with the warranties and service plans included with the install it was still a good value and they were very professional.

The AC unit has only been installed a day, but working well. At this early stage I cannot express enough superlatives regarding R\&D Heating and Cooling the installation company response and understanding working with me. They were fantastic and especially Ann!

John the installer was great. Answered all our questions. George our sales rep went over and above on every detail. Even brought us two portables to get us thru the heat. R\&D also installed our heater.

Installers were hard workers, very professional and nice, and were knowledgeable. They did have an issue with thermostat, but they immediately took care of it the next day.

I could not be happier with the service and final results. It?s not often a company exceeds my expectations but R\&D did just that.

Installation of a new Bryant oil burner. Mr. Reburn is a master installer and the burner went in without problems or leaks. All the work was done correctly and on schedule. I'm very pleased with my Bryant boiler.
