The second floor of our new house was so hot and stuffy. Colleen, in the office, made an appointment with Jeff Sorick to come out and take a look. He noticed several things wrong with the duct work that contributed to the problem. We also wanted our old unit moved to the side of the house because of the noise and heat. When his awesome technicians came out, they informed us the unit held discontinued Freon.
