The second floor of our new house was so hot and stuffy. Colleen, in the office, made an appointment with Jeff Sorick to come out and take a look. He noticed several things wrong with the duct work that contributed to the problem. We also wanted our old unit moved to the side of the house because of the noise and heat. When his awesome technicians came out, they informed us the unit held discontinued Freon. For a very fair price, Jeff helped us upgrade to a new unit, his techs fixed our ductwork, and our upstairs is comfortable cool for the first time. This is an awesome company!

I've dealt with other HVAC techs before finding Jeff Sorick. The others either didn't have the correct equipment (one didn't bring gauges!) or they fumbled through solving past issues. Jeff gave me the confidence that he knows exactly what he's talking about and doing. He's helped me with my old HVAC system and he had his guys install my new system, which I knew would be tricky with the amount of space they had to work with. They had it all installed and working in a day.

My 32 yr. old a/c died at the beginning of July. I had to call my old HVAC company 4 times to get them to send someone out only to tell me it was beyond repair. Then I would have to wait for someone else to come out \& say what I needed. I asked for recommendations on Facebook. The first 3 replies all said Jeff Sorick. I called him on 7/14/20 . He came on 7/16/20. I ordered new a/c that day. Was installed on 8/5/20. I think I would still be waiting if I were still with my old company. I am a new Jeff Sorick Heating \& Cooling customer for life!!

Jeff Sorick heating and cooling . Installed my 4 zone ductless heat pump system. Delivered on everything from start to finish. He quoted a fair price, delivered what was quoted, And his crew preformed perfectly and efficiently. This was not a easy install .Jeffs crew leader worked out a few unexpected details and explained options very clearly to me and made it easy to make a decision. Jeff and his crew were very polite and professional. They did a great job on our dual\-zone ductless install. They showed up on time and were done early. We will definitely call them for any future needs.

Jeff made the whole process from examining the 27 year old system, to replacement with a new system, smooth and for a reasonable price! His employees Mike and Kevin arrived the day of installation and worked continuously until the job was completed. When they finished they made sure the basement was clean, and my wife and I understood the operation of the furnace.

Jeff and his team were excellent to work with. Jeff evaluated the existing system and provided options and recommendations. His proposal was precise in terms of scope of work and timing of completion of job. His price was good without any unknown extras. I was notified the day prior to installation and what was expected. The installation crew were on time and began immediate work on the installation, explaining exactly what they were doing. When complete, they went over the operation of the new AC system and then cleaned up the entire work area. When the installation was complete, Sorick H\&C notified me that they would handle the registration of the equipment for warranty purposes. Bottom line, great experience with Sorick Heating and Cooling, and I would highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Efficient install in difficult conditions, courteous workers, fair price \- and got the outside unit installed without destroying the landscaping/plants (actually hid it behind an existing azalea bush). Looks great. Operates quietly, which was a concern since the condenser is below a window and near a porch. All went as expected \- not a hitch. Highly recommend Sorick.
