Everyone involved with this installation were excellent professionals. Our old furnace was emitting CO, so time was important and the project was scheduled and completed quickly. The only areas for improvement would be the details on the invoice as far as the brand of equipment (Bryant not mentioned, so we almost blocked follow up email from Bryant as spam) that was being installed. We'd like to know what we were getting exactly and that would have helped us with the process of getting rebates from the utilities. The handoff from the technical to the financial aspect of the project was more confusing than it needed to be for us.
