The install of the new system was performed very professionally. The men worked steadily and quietly, and cleaned the worksite up very nicely. I was super happy with their work, as well as the new system that was installed.

I was given a very clear estimate for repair/replacement of our home air conditioning system with several options at different price points. During the installation process the installers kept us informed of their progress. They also gave us a very clear explanation of our system and how to maintain it properly.

They listened to my concerns and helped to resolve the issue of no heat during a very cold In January 2022. Took time to explain everything so I cold understand the furnace and installation.and reviewed the contract options very well so I could make the best decision for me. They ordered filters for me and installed a new pump also at the time. They expedited the installation due to having no heat at all. ( they have always been a great company to deal with. They offer 24/7 services also. Thank you. ??

We have been with Rodney B. Smith for more than 20 years. Over that time we have used their services more times than I can count. We have annual service check ups on critical equipment. Always friendly, kind, NEAT, and COURTEOUS. However, this installation was completed by two young men relatively unknown to us with Rodney B. Smith. Young men were NOT NEAT and left things undone, or damaged, and we had to call and have another person repair the issues from Rodney B. Smith correctly. These two young men, should be separated and placed each with an older more experienced Rodney B. Smith employee. Thank you.

The dealer provided several options to resolve the problem and provided pros and con for all the options to help us make a decision.
