FRUSTRATIONS!
Mark was really on top of all the issues, but so many problems with an expensive install. Felt the initial assessment of needs fell short followed by a number of trips up to make things right. Almost a month of issues after install. Seems to be working ok right now, but controllers are inadequate and hard to program and read. They do NOT read room temp and programming involves reading REALLY small info and icons on remotes. Not Heat Relief's problem, but a huge design flaw with Bryant. I felt techs were not sure how system worked and were making in the moment decisions based on what was and wasn't working. NO ONE knew how the remotes worked!!! If we could have the entire system removed and money returned, we would do it in a heartbeat

Replacement of Failed Furnace
I had scheduled an annual tune\-up. During that process, the technician discovered that the CO level in my basement was 980 ppm vs. 0\-100 ppm (the accepted levels). He immediately shut\-down the furnace and discussed the situation with me. A salesperson came to my home, described what I needed and why, and mentioned the rebate I would receive after installation. We signed a contract and 10 days later they installed the new furnace. I assume this is what you want to know.
