Watts was great to work with. They provided an initial in\-person estimate for an AC vs heat pump unit, and were especially attentive to all of our questions, particularly given the trade off of options. When we decided to move forward, we were able to schedule an installation within a few days, and the install team were exceptionally efficient. I was also particularly appreciative of them taking the time to walk me through all of the different pieces, what to look out for, what maintenance to expect, and how to use the new thermostat. An exceptional experience.

Watts HVAC has a great reputation. They are known for their honest evaluations and are very price conscious. Their personnel are on time, treat your home and grounds with care and make sure when their job is done that you know how to operate your equipment.

After 22 years we needed to replace our furnace and heat pump. Called Watts Heatin and the owner came out and quoted us a new unit. What was awesome is he gave us 4 options. Recommended one that was the best bang for the buck. Install was quick and easy. Great work! I would use them again and will for sure.

Installers were very professional and courteous. They did a great job on the install and clean up. They spent time showing me how to operate the new Ecobee thermostat. I would hire Watts heating \& cooling again and recommend them to everyone I know who needs new equipment, preventative maintenance or service.
