Service was exemplary. Middle of winter and my furnace died. Technicians from MP Heat did a quick turnaround in 3 days and got the new furnace in and its working great\~

22 yr old furnace went out during the cold and snow. Sam came on a Sunday morning. Analyzed the problem. He and his crew came Monday Am and installed a new one.

Sam and his team were amazing. My heater failed while I was out of town. Sam troubleshot the issues, recommended installing a new unit and within 24 hours the new unit was installed at a cost that was more competitive that the company we had been dealing with the previous three years. All this being done while I was still out of town. Can't thank Sam and the team enough for stepping up to the plate!

Sam and team are great to work with: knowledgable, professional, and friendly! Most recently we had them replace our gas furnace. In the past they've repaired our furnace with quick turnarounds; serviced our furnace and air conditioner; and relocated a couple of floor vents during a renovation. Excellent results all the way around!

The furnace and AC installation was efficient, timely and clean. Workers were kind and were especially patient when educating me on the new thermostat. Staff was on time and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived! We are very pleased with the work.

When Sam installed my new heater, he also cleaned out my dryer vent, checked on my gas fireplace and A/C going above and beyond. I had an issue with the Nest Thermostat after a couple of weeks and not only did he remember my house but came out the next day during his busiest season and fixed the issue. He was very courteous, professional and worked quickly and I couldn't be happier with how thorough he was. He cares about his work and what it represents for himself and his business.
