Tom provided us multiple quotes with a variety of prices so we could choose which best fit our budget, and even helped us get a better deal on the model we chose. Installation was scheduled very quickly and performed on time. Our only issue was that the thermostat was supposed to be moved to a new location and that did not happen during installation. I emailed Tom the day after installation (a Saturday) to let him know and the main office called me on Monday morning and had someone out the next day to fix it. I was very impressed with how quickly that was resolved. Great experience overall, even with the thermostat mishap.
