Firstly I would like to thank Ricky, Fausto, Indra, Dakota and Ray. I got the pleasure to meet each and everyone of the employee's that came into my house and worked on removing my old furnace and AC Unit. This team even helped us locate a floor vent I was unaware of and even notified me of a vent that was no longer attached to my current system. I would strongly recommend Home Heating \& Cooling to anyone that needs professional work done.

Ric and the team at Home Heating did a great job from top to bottom. They showed up on time, very professional, performed a number of tasks in a timely fashion and on budget. These guys are honest and hard working. I couldn't have picked a better company.

In zero degree weather the original 1971 heating system in my house quit. Within days of calling I had a diagnosis and a proposed solution. Work began almost immediately. The old furnace was in a crawl space under the house, difficult to reach and needing complete removal. The work was done in methodical steps from duct repair and cleaning to installation of the new system in a more accessible place. This required some thought and engineering. The entire crew who worked on the project were very knowledgeable, exceedingly competent and good natured despite having all of a 2 1/2 feet crawl space in which to work under the house. They also indulged my young smooth fox terrier who enthusiastically sought their attention whenever they appeared! A new pad was poured for the outdoor part of the system which was moved to a more desirable spot at my request. An electrician arrived to check things out and install new circuit breakers. Needless to say it all passed inspection. When it was all done every aspect of the system was explained to me. I even went down into the crawl space to see what had been done and for explanations about the equipment and the filter. I should note that while working under the house an issue with a sewage drainpipe was discovered and brought to my attention complete with a video. I was able to get a plumber out to fix the problem while they were still here. But for their attentiveness I would not have known of the problem until it had become a big one. This is a top notch talented team, who care about what they do and about doing it right. They are the kind of people you would be happy to call friends. It was a totally positive experience from the first call for help to the final goodbye. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
