Original system barely lasted 5 years
The original system installed in our home was a Bryant. We had it serviced every year and after just 5.5 years and our 3rd issue with it the whole heat pump system needed to be replaced. The dealer didn't properly register it when it was installed in our new construction home so the warranty was only valid for 5 years. The compressor exploded and the whole system needed to be replaced. It was a horrible experience with AirTron and Bryant. Neither would do anything warranty wise for us. We only went with them again because they gave a very small discount and we didn't want to have to replace the existing Bryant furnace as well. The next time we have an issue we will go with a different installer and different brand.

Poor HVAC Installation - New Home
My wife and I had a new home built and AirTron installed the HVAC system. A week before the home closing we did a walk\-through and found the furnace drain leaking, and the humidifier water line leaking badly when turned on. The builder had the items fixed. The day we moved into the home, the HVAC fan would not operate with the thermostat. I called AirTron and made an appointment for the next day. The installer arrived 1 1/2 hours late, then fixed the wiring for the HVAC fan. When he checked the a/c operation \- it was not operable and had to also be repaired. Later, when examining the HVAC paperwork to complete recording of the warranty, we found that AirTron did not leave a manual for the programmable HVAC thermostat.
