Dave's Services is the only heating and ac business I will ever use. I've been a customer of theirs for over thirty years and they are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, professional and kind. Their service has always been excellent and their rates very reasonable. The service technicians have always been prompt, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. The office help is always friendly, likeable and with empathy are quick to send out technician or address any problem or issue. The estimator, Jim is thorough, personable, knowledgeable and kind. The estimator Jim , installer JJ and his assistant Drew and technician Bryan are all outstanding individuals. They just installed a new furnace and ac for me which replaced my old Bryant furnace and ac (also installed by Dave's Services more than twenty years ago). I couldn't be more pleased with everyone of these men and the work they do. The job was completed in a timely manner, they were neat and clean and and respectful and I expect many years of warm winter days and nights and cool summers??! In summation, Dave's Services is the epitome of what a locally owned business should be—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fair, quick to return calls and give 100% customer service. JJ did an excellent installation job. As this installation was in an older house that posed many challenges, the installation was completed expertly overcoming all obstacles.

Sudden failure of furnace on record setting cold MAR day and Dave's responded immediately. Sadly, our legacy furnace have out and a new one was required. Within 48 hours, a new furnace was installed and functioning! Superior and friendly service every time I call. Jays off to Shawn, Jimmy, Zack, JJ and Brian for their support!

I love speaking to a real person. No automated phone calls where you have to navigate a punch one, punch two system.They offer suggestions, but let you decide.

So happy we went with Dave's Services to put in our Bryant mini split. JJ and Brian were absolutely amazing. On the first day that they were to start work I was sick and they made sure that everything was shut up and good to go. They are very knowledgeable on everything. Great company I really liked the way they handled themselves. Jim was very knowledgeable of the products and he helped us find the right fit for our house. He explained everything very clearly so we understood what we were getting. JJ was our installation person he was also very knowledgeable in what he was doing and answered all of our questions. He did a very professional job he took care of our house and left no mess. Over all Dave's service is a very highly qualified company.

JJ and Bryan did an excellent and quick job replacing an old a/c system on one of the hottest days of the summer. They kept me informed as to where they were in the installation process and explained how the system worked before leaving.

Both Jim and JJ were friendly and professional. Jim was thorough with the quote, service, and warranty information. JJ was on time, courteous, and knew what he was doing with the installation of both the heating and air conditioning.

We got estimates from four different contractors, and Jim from Dave's Services was in a league all his own. He took the time to do all the measurements to size the right unit, asked a lot of questions and answered all of ours. He spent over 3 hours at the house, just to give us an estimate! Other contractors were there for 30 minutes to an hour. The estimate gave us choices and Jim was available to answer more questions and to help me with the decision. The installation went very smoothly and was done exactly as Jim promised. J.J., the installer, is a perfectionist, and he did not take any shortcuts just to get the job done. He even took a picture of a pretty significant flaw in the prior installation that I never know about. And after the installation, Jim came back and went over the entire system to make sure we understood how to get the most out of it. Dave's Services is definitely a contractor that goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done well and that you are completely satisfied. Highly recommended!!

An installer is paramount to a business because they are providing a new appliance for a customer and if not done right, professionally, or with care it can set a bad rep for the business. A technician is like a primary care doctor but an installer is a specialist and when you need something serious you want one that is good and knowledgeable. Thank you for my installers.

We purchased a new furnace, they gave us a date for the install but called and gave us a date a week earlier than expected. That was great. The techs had came out and measured (this only took 5\-10 minutes), so most of the metal work was done at their shop. Covers were wore on their shoes while in our home. They kept everything neat and tidy, cleaning up after themselves. Everything was explained to us from the types of furnaces , what to expect, and how everything works. Everyone was very professional. Very happy with the service received from Dave's!!!

Our experience with Dave's Services has been fabulous \- right from the beginning! Jim came out to our house to give me a quote for a new AC and Furnace. He spent 2 hours looking at everything and took his time going over the quotes. He also came back a few days later to explain the quote to my husband. It put our minds at ease that we were dealing with a great company. The installation was so professional! JJ was extremely meticulous with the installation. After the installation was complete, Jim came back to go over the system and make sure we understood how the thermostat works.

jim was excellent in explaining the work that needed to be done. we worked together to find the best system for my house (was r22 system so its all new) JJ was excelent in the the work he did in my house the new system looks very professional!!! They installed a new unit with an existing outdoor wood boiler system. Though not common in the area they were able to problem solve and make it happen. They clearly stand behind the product and their service. I will continue to use them in future situations and hands down recommend them to friends and family.
