I was so very impressed with the efficiency of the team that installed our unit. They were courteous, knowledgeable and kept their work area neat. We noticed one small issue after they left which in no way impacted the performance of the system, and a rep returned the next business day and addressed it. We were very satisfied with the installation process. Not so sure about Bryant products. Installer had to drive back to Dayton distributor TWICE to exchange entire unit because of manufacture defects. Third unit was finally acceptable. And when installer tried to register Bryant's server was down. Hope this isn't an ongoing problem with the manufacturer and quality control of product.

The Heating group with Lochards has been outstanding regarding service and installation. But the plumbing side is a different story.

Very good customer service. I was told a 4\-6 week installation wait but an opening came up and my furnace was installed next day! Top notch furnace!

You could tell these folks took pride in what they were doing. Went the extra mile to fix issues resulting from the original furnace installer. The new install is very crisp looking, drain lines are sloped, seams are nicely taped, pipe thru holes are nicely sealed. The installers were also one heck of a group of guys. Took the time to explain issues, and stayed busy. They also didn?t rush he install towards the end even though it was getting late.

Lochards installed a new geothermal unit and hot water heater at our home. We were very pleased with the tear out of the old unit and install of the new. They hauled everything away and cleaned up the mess. The new system is working great. House is warmer than before and saving us money on utility bills.

They where there to trouble shoot the issue within a few hours. Once it was determined a new unit was required, they quickly had the new unit on hand and it was installed in one day. They where very clean during the install and we had zero issues with any of the installers.

Very knowledgeable and informative. Installation took less then a day to install air\-conditioner and hauled away the old unit.

Lochard did an excellent job of installing our new system. I am an engineer and want to see things done correctly; and Lochard did it correctly! I have seen installations where tubing is run the shortest distance, is hand bent in corners , not properly supported, etc. Just sloppy! For my installation, without any encouragement from me, Lochard "dressed" all wires and tubing appropriately using a tool to bend the corners, an adequate amount of support clips, ran all wiring and tubing tightly against the wall, etc. to deliver a final product that looks professionally installed.

I had just bought a house and needed a new furnace. I went to Lochards and they helped me right away giving me the time I needed to pay. They new exactly what I needed and installed it right away. They also fixed some water leaks I had and took a big worry off my shoulders. I would recommend anyone go to them they did a professional job and they did it right. Lochards is definitely the way to go for heating and plumbing needs. They will definitely get my future business.

Lochard's took on the challenge of installing a geothermal system in a house with no existing duct work. It took creativity and skill to add ducts and vents in a way that was aesthetically pleasing but provided a balanced system. The team worked with us to make sure we were happy with the installation plan, worked solidly until everything was installed and kept a clean work environment. We are very happy with the workmanship, the Bryant system and the service we've received. The Bryant unit is quiet and compact. We're finally warm in every room for the first time.

The installation technicians did an excellent job. They connected the thermostat to the WiFi and showed me how to use my phone to change the settings.
