Excellent installation by expert installers. They were quiet, very neat and clean, polite, friendly, even professionally well\-groomed. After they installed the HVAC units, they thoroughly explained and demonstrated their operation and every other aspect of the equipment and its remotes. They clean up from the installation so well that you wouldn't even know they had been there.

I would recommend Hohler Furnace \& Sheet Metal to everyone. Our AC went out, we called and they came out right away to look at it. The unit was too old for repair so they suggested a new unit. Once we approved the quote they came out within 2 days to install the new unit. The team was very professional and finished the install by lunch time. We have used Hohler for our home and business in the past and will continue because of the great service we receive.

Had a serious flood, my furnace went out, Holer did The assessment and I chose a Bryant heating and air conditioning. The entire process took 2 days taking the old model out and installing the new model. Third day went over the products. Tyler arrived at the appointed time. He explained the procedure he would use for the installation and installed the humidifier in a timely manner. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area, explained how the humidifier worked and answered my questions. Nice young man.

As I said before, all was good but the $8,240 price was high based on checking with other providers. I went wit Hohler anyway because of their service and they have always maintained our HVAC since we bought the condo.

Rich Hohler suggested doing the AC in the spring. After he reviewed the system he advised options and we decided to replace the entire HVAC system. The Hohler team came to the house and replaced the entire system over 2 days and did an exceptional job of leaving the house looking like no workers were ever there. I look forward to using the more energy efficient units in the coming years!

I had a 26 year old Bryant Heater and had to have it serviced. I contacted Hohler because I noticed they had a 5 star review on Google. The service tech came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. When he saw our furnace he already knew everything about it. He gave us tidbits of trivia information on it and noted it looked good for being that old. After servicing it and getting it up and running, he told us we might want to consider getting a new system because he wasn't sure how much longer it would last. Being in Ohio in January, I didn't want to risk it going out completely. We were already aware that it was probably time for a new system. Like any consumer, I got 3 estimates for a new HVAC system, including one from Hohler's. After comparing all three estimates, I decided on Hohler for several reasons. 1. I felt like I was getting more bang for my buck with getting their top of the line system. 2. Very professional and knowledgeable 3. We have had a Bryant for 26 years and had very little problems. Stick with what you know. 4. And a 5 star review on Google. That is pretty good if you ask me, especially in this day and age where you have keyboard warriors out there that like to trash a company for anything. As far as the other estimates I received, those installers were very professional and extremely knowledgeable as well. But I can say I would highly recommend Hohler's to do the install.

Hohler Sheet Metal just installed a new Bryant Evolution Systems and I am extremely please. From the start to finish, they delivered high quality expertise and service. The installers were very knowledgably and friendly. Very pleased, Bryant should be proud they are part of your team.

I was told that it would take a week for the installation and it took a week. Very conscientious they covered all flooring with tarps, swept up after each day asked if there was any questions at the end of each day. They worked continuously through out the day . I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

On Call Service Tech during our first call was very open and honest and suggested we spend the money on a heater for that night (instead of having to pay for his overtime rates, portal rates etc.,) and have a regular service call the following day. The Tech that came in the following day identified the problem very quickly and had their service manager in touch with us immediately. We were given priority and had a furnace installed within 36 hrs of the first call! Very NICE people to work with!!
