No one ever wants to hear that they need to have their furnace replaced. We had never used Jodway before last week. When we called them to do what we thought was maintenance on our furnace, ended up being something more. Our furnace was 20 years old, so it was time. They presented us with three options and gave me and my husband time to discuss them. We researched what they presented to us and it was in line with what we found\-\-so they were reasonable. When we made a choice their team of technicians came out two days later and replaced our system. They were all kind, professional, helpful, courteous\-\-my husband and I were so impressed.
