Hubbs is easy to schedule service over the phone and online. They give you a 2\-hour window when the tech should arrive and then when that window approaches, you get text message updates when the tech is enroute. Every tech I have encountered, several over the last 8 years or so, is professional and provides a lot of details on what my HVAC system is doing (as a mechanical engineer, I tend to ask a lot of questions too). Their service and installation charges are reasonable, and you can ask for price matching. I needed an entire heat pump system replaced, so I contacted Hubbs and some other HVAC contractors. Quotes, available equipment, and wait time were all pretty close, but I felt that Hubb folks (Chad and Keri) seemed the most genuine. As such, they just installed an Evolution variable speed heat pump (288B) system with the Evolution Connex thermostat and control center. The thermostat communicates with the heat pump, indoor air handler (fan coil), humidifier, and other accessories. If you have anyone in your home interested in HVAC, engineering, thermodynamics, or science in general, this system provides a lot of information that you can access under the Service/Technician feature on the thermostat. I am thinking of having my son use it as a science fair experiment for school

These guys were troopers, 130 degrees in the attic and they pushed hard and completed the job in 1 day. Thank you

There were a few issues along the way but the workers came up with a plan for each thing. We were very pleased. It is a relief to have a system that we don't have to worry about after having months of problems with our old system.
