Bryant HVAC Installation Review – Miami Valley After reviewing several proposals from Bryant dealers, I selected Miami Valley for the replacement of my HVAC system. Their attention to detail during the evaluation process set them apart from the competition. The inspection of my home was extremely thorough. They performed a complete load calculation, taking into account window sizes, wall construction, insulation values, and other factors to ensure the equipment was properly sized for the home. The engineer also spent additional time working with me to design an expanded return-air system and larger filter arrangement to satisfy airflow requirements and improve system performance. The installation itself went very smoothly. The crew worked well together in a careful, methodical, and professional manner. Their craftsmanship was outstanding—something that is becoming increasingly difficult to find in today's fast-paced world. Rather than focusing on simply getting the job done and moving on to the next job, they were focused on getting the job done right and making sure the customer was satisfied. Another thing that impressed me was their attention to cleanliness and respect for my home. Throughout the project they kept the work area organized, removed all debris, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. When they finished, there was virtually no sign that a major HVAC replacement had taken place except for the new equipment. That level of professionalism is greatly appreciated. I cannot compliment the team enough on the quality of workmanship they provided. My previous Bryant system lasted 25 years with only minor service calls and routine maintenance. It was still operating properly on the day it was removed, which is one of the main reasons I chose Bryant again. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Miami Valley to anyone considering a new Bryant HVAC system.
