They were able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. I needed a new AC unit but they didnt try to upsell me a furnace I didnt need like some others. Install went great. Good crew of people. Good communication with the company throughout the whole process

Friendly, professional.

Newly installed Bryant air conditioner is LOUD and Noisy. Replaced my old Bryant air conditioner with a New (supposedly similar) Bryant air conditioner, and the new Bryant air conditioner is entirely louder and noisier than the old Bryant air conditioner. The noise from the new Bryant air conditioner is bothersome / annoying and disruptive to the inside environment. Definitely NOT Quiet as advertised

Mazza's Heating and Cooling is an excellent business with a personal touch. The owner worked on the project part of the time as well as two very nice technicians. They were hard workers, polite and personable. It's not easy to have someone you don't know in your house for 4 days installing ductwork and AC/furnace, but they made it as easy as possible. And they knew their job and consulted with us on placement of ductwork and equipment. They went the extra mile in completing our project. We would highly recommend this business.

Mazza's has always been great to us. They will never sell you something you don't need. They are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Rick always responds quickly and will bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable. His crews are awesome. They get the job done quickly and efficiently and never leave a mess. They have done a lot of work for us over the years, most recently replacing our furnace, AC and hot water heaters. We won't use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Put in a new furnace/AC (AC in but have to come back due to recharge or do something because of the weather), but the furnace is terrific. Cleaned up tools, parts, etc, were friendly, answered questions, showed how \& where furnace settings, filter, etc were located, how they worked, lines that were run to connect, very helpful. We were very pleased with this company. They fixed our old furnace a few weeks before, enough to run until our new one was put in.
