From Amanda who answered my call to Federal Elite; to Tim, the man who wears many hats; to Gary \& Hunter who installed our new Bryant system \- all were professional, attentive, and very hard\-working folks and I appreciated their pleasant demeanor and genuine desire to make sure we were happy with the job they completed.

A technician identified an issue with our furnace during a routine preventative maintenance visited. We had a problem related to carbon monoxide. The tech promptly explained the issue, the options available and the associated costs. A replacement unit was ordered and arrived quickly, which was unexpected with so many problems throughout the world these days with the supply chain. Federal Elite Heating \& Cooling was very flexible in working around our schedules to set up a convenient installation date. CJ and Hunter arrived promptly on the install date and worked diligently to install the new unit and make the necessary tweaks, since it is very rare that a replacement would be able to be dropped right in and everything align without any adjustments. CJ and Hunter were very professional and did a great job with the installation and testing of the unit, keeping us updated on the progress, and the area where they worked was spotless when the finished. My air conditioner unit quit working, so after checking the Bryant website I called Federal Elite heating and cooling. They sent a tech to my home to check the air conditioner and found the wires had burnt off at the compressor and I needed a new one. Sense my furnace was 37 years and my central air was over 10 years old, I decided to replace both of them. Now the system runs a lot quitter then my old one. I am very happy with it. The techs did a wonderful job on the install.
