Excellent service as usual. We've been as customer of Barker furnace since 1989. We continued our service with Barker furnace after we sold our old house.

On time when they said they would be here. Worked out a problem with having cathedral ceilings to be able to run the lines to the Fruance. Outstanding job. The service man that came out to do the final setup and inspection really knew his business and he explained everything.

Over a very hot weekend we ran out of air conditioning. Our whole HVAC unit was old we knew it was time. After getting several estimates and asking companies what their install time was, without hesitation Barker Heating and Air said the next day. Getting our air conditioning installed and running was their number one priority. These guys worked until it was finished. Very professional! We would highly recommend!

Barker has always been very good for us for many many years.

Removed old furnace and cleaned old air ducts. Mark ,Greg and Kirk installed a furnace and new duct work.

A month ago our 22 year old air conditioner started to die. We called Barker for service and Larry the technician checked it out and added Freon but cautioned us that the unit was old and just may need to be replaced. Over this past weekend, it was pretty obvious that Larry was correct in his assessment as our house was a miserable 82 degrees. Monday morning we called. Matt, who was absolutely delightful came and gave us an estimate for both air and a new furnace in case we wanted to consider that. I admit I had no intention of doing both, but when Matt gave me the price, I was stunned and said "do it!" I was expecting well over $8000 for both and was very surprised that it was considerable less. So yesterday three Barker trucks and techs arrived in our driveway and they finished five hours later. Each of the guys were great, very concerned about keeping the house clean, and very tolerant of my two very large dogs, and very efficient. They clearly know their job. Furnace fan motor on 21 year old Bryant furnace failed and replacement of the motor did not seem like a wise investment. Interviewed several Bryant dealers and chose Barker Heating \& Cooling because I felt they did the best job of determining the right size equipment for my residence.

I interviewed four contractors for my needs and Barker was the only one who took the time to do heat loss/heat gain calculations in order to size the equipment properly. The system being replaced is also a Bryant system and provided dependable service for 21 years. The fan motor developed an open winding and the cost to replace the variable speed motor was impractical.

Barker was incredibly responsive. I could not believe how hard they worked to get our new system installed as quickly as possibly to provide us relief during the hottest week of the year. I was impressed with the knowledge and friendliness if everyone working for Barker.
